Mission

The mission of the Presidents Roundtable is to bring together leaders from diverse women's civic, social and service organizations throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Its purpose is to share information, exchange ideas, enhance leadership skills by providing cutting edge training and cultivate opportunities to build collaborations.

Vision

The Presidents Roundtable will be recognized as one of the strongest and most respected women's leadership training organizations in the state.

Goal One: Collaborate and Impact

Increase awareness of contributions by member organizations to the greater community.
Educate members of each organization's mission statement, goals, and programming.

Goal Two: Leadership Development and Education

Create a cutting-edge leadership curriculum.
Conduct training sessions relevant to member needs.
Educate members about Presidents Roundtable.
When appropriate, utilize member organizations for trainings in order to share their best practices.

Goal Three: Promote and Expand Volunteerism

Promote women leaders.
Advocate for member organization support on behalf of PRT member organizations' projects and programs.

Evaluate each PRT meeting
Evaluate and measure progress of Strategic Plan annually. Develop an evaluation format and encourage member participation at all levels.
Evaluate impact of collaborations with community partners (such as Mayor's Office, Governor's Office, History Center, etc.).
